Getting S'More of Jesus

ABC's first Vacation Bible School in quite a number of years was held on July 8-9 (Friday and Saturday nights). About 25 children attended and were served by an eager crew of ABC volunteers. The kids learned how to Get S'More of Jesus with fun stories, upbeat singing, crafts, and top notch Bible teaching that was presented in a very understandable way. Saturday's session culminated with a cookout at the ABC pavilion and then about 10 families camped out in the church's "Back 40". 

Sunday morning dawned with brilliant sunshine and pleasant temperatures. There was a Continental breakfast (again in the pavilion) at 8 AM followed by rousing worship as the entire ABC congregation gathered for worship. It was a very successful weekend!.
